What changed is the name above the door. Since August 2026 we run the hotel independently, as Lake Bloom Residency. No aggregator sits between you and us any more.
What this means for you

What did not change
- The address. Opposite the lane of L&T Gate No. 6, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai 400072. Same building, same entrance.
- The rooms. All 17 were rebuilt in our 2025 renovation, into four formats — the Cedar Deluxe, the Banyan Trio for three sharing, the Teak Studio with a kitchenette for long stays, and The Mahogany Soak, the one room in the house with a full bathtub.
- Buffet breakfast at our in-house restaurant, free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, air conditioning and a front desk staffed around the clock.
- GST invoicing on every stay, with company billing for corporate guests.
Our history, briefly
The hotel has operated at this address since 2010. Over the years it has appeared online under several banners — as an OYO property, then as Treebo Lake Bloom Powai. Those partnerships brought us guests, and we are grateful for them. They also meant a large share of every room night went out as commission, and that the guest's experience was shaped by someone else's system.
In 2025 we rebuilt every room. In 2026 we took the last step and went independent. It is the same hotel it has always been — just finally running under its own name.
