Bookings and rates

• Rates shown on this website are direct-booking rates inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Each tariff covers the room’s stated maximum occupancy — 2 guests for the Cedar Deluxe, Teak Studio and The Mahogany Soak; 3 guests for the Banyan Trio. Additional guests cannot be accommodated in these rooms; the front desk will allocate a further room where available.
• Rates may vary on peak dates, long weekends and event days. The rate confirmed at booking is final for that stay.
• A booking is confirmed only after acknowledgement from our front desk (call, WhatsApp or email), and where applicable, receipt of advance payment.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 12:00 noon · Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and may carry a charge.
• All guests must present a valid government photo ID at check-in. Local regulations on guest registration apply.
• The hotel may refuse check-in where valid ID is not provided or house rules cannot be met.

Online bookings and advance payments

• Online bookings are made by paying an advance (first night's tariff unless stated otherwise) via our payment gateway partner Razorpay.
• An online advance holds your booking request; final confirmation of room allocation is sent by the front desk (WhatsApp/SMS/email), normally within a few hours.
• If we are unable to accommodate your dates, the advance is refunded in full to the original payment method within 24 hours of your booking.
• The balance amount is payable at check-in by cash, UPI or card.

Promotional codes

• Promotional codes apply to direct bookings made on this website only and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Each code carries its own conditions (minimum nights, validity dates) shown at the time of booking; discounts apply to the room tariff.
• We may withdraw or change a promotional code at any time; bookings already confirmed at a discounted rate are honoured.

Cancellations

• Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in unless a non-refundable rate was agreed.
• No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the first night's tariff.
• For advance-paid long stays, refund terms are shared in writing at the time of booking.

House rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Visitors are allowed in rooms only with front-desk registration.
• Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property beyond normal wear.
• The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited with the front desk.

Liability and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of availability until a booking is confirmed by the hotel.
